Delivery and Risk

• Delivery dates are estimates based on normal business operations

• Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances

• We are not liable for delivery delays beyond reasonable control

Risk of Loss:

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to your address

• You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery

• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Wakeufresh is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery

Delivery Location:

• We deliver to the address specified in your order

• Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas

• Delivery to commercial addresses may require special arrangements

• We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations

Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Order Cancellation:

• Orders may be cancelled only before shipment

• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7-10 business days

• Cancellation fees may apply for prepared or partially shipped orders

Return Eligibility:

• 100-night trial period allows returns for any reason

• Mattress must be in usable condition for return eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 100 days of purchase

• Original invoice and documentation are required

Return Process:

• Free pickup is arranged for eligible returns

• Mattress is inspected upon return

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon inspection

• Refund is credited to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final-sale items marked at checkout are non-returnable

• Clearance or discounted items may be non-returnable

• Damage caused by misuse or neglect is non-returnable

Warranty Claims vs. Returns:

• Returns are for any reason within 100 days

• Warranty claims are for manufacturing defects beyond 100 days

Warranties and Disclaimers

Product Warranties:

• Limited 5-year full warranty and 10-year pro-rata warranty on mattresses

• Non-infringement

• Uninterrupted access or operation

Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability:
Wakeufresh's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website, services, or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Exclusion of Damages:

• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Miraj, Maharashtra

• Both parties agree to submit to this jurisdiction

• Any legal action must be brought within one year of the dispute arising

3. If unresolved, either party may pursue arbitration or legal action

4. Costs and attorney fees may be awarded in legal proceedings
